Hi, I’m Sylvie. I help people dealing with stress and anxiety regulate their nervous system, in order to feel calm and confident in all situations.
This is what I’ve helped my clients with for over 25 years. My approach is holistic, it weaves yogic practices (postures, breath work, deep relaxation), meditation, and ayurvedic wisdom. Reiki and massage therapy can also be used to support your goals.
