My approach to healing anxiety is rooted in the belief that we create our lives from the inside out. There is nothing we can control outside of ourselves. I know, a tough pill to swallow but swallow it fast and soon you’ll be on your way to emotional freedom! On the other hand you have 100% control over how you eat, move, think, breathe and feel. How empowering is that?!
As a certified professional coach, Ayurvedic practitioner, yoga and meditation teacher my job is to help you cultivate a state of being from which you can handle all life situations calmly and efficiently. Using a combination of Core Energy™ coaching, breath work, yogic relaxation, mindfulness practice and Ayurvedic medicine, I help my clients identify and release detrimental habits and adopt new ones that support their emotional balance.
