The underlying philosophy of my work is the belief that we cannot control anything outside of ourselves. A tough pill to swallow maybe, but swallow it fast and soon you’ll be on your way to real change, which happens from the inside out. Because the great news is that you have total control over how you move, breathe, think and ultimately, feel. When you improve those different layers of you, you’ll naturally feel better (to put it briefly), increase your capacity for staying calm and confident in all situations, and in the end generate a new and improved “external” reality.

Private yoga instruction includes postures, breath-work, relaxation and meditation, more or less of any component according to your needs. It is for you if:

  • You already have a yoga practice and want to refine it.

  • You want to learn how to practice according to your unique ayurvedic constitution (dosha)

  • You’d like to go beyond postures and learn more about breathing techniques, yogic relaxation, and meditation.
